There are many components to getting in shape, gaining muscle, training for events, or improving quality of life; nutrition is a huge one.  Food logs, supplements, diet programs, and fad regimens can all be overwhelming.  I help make eating simple.  Let me teach you what your body needs to eat in order to lose fat, fuel for effective safe training, and live a longer life.  Most of us just need the knowledge, accountability, motivation to be disciplined.
